Our MITOS packaged
services comprise of three separate packages designed to suit different organisation
sizes and infrastructure complexity. They are:
1. MITOS Basic
2. MITOS Gold
3. MITOS Premier
MITOS Basic
- This package is well-suited to small
businesses with less than ten (10) desktop PCs and no more than one (1) server machine.
- It
includes reactive maintenance services and only 1 scheduled monthly visit.
MITOS Gold
- Being our standard offering, this offering is the package of choice for
the majority of our customers. It includes both reactive and proactive maintenance,
weekly scheduled preventive
maintenance visits, hardware replacement services, vendor
liaison and server backup services.

This package is designed for organisations with
about fifty (50) or less desktop PCs and no more than five (5) server machines.

Customers choosing this package will be assigned an account manager as a main point-of-contact.

Engineers are also on-call during regular business hours (9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday)
should there be a need for adhoc visits.
- Standard response times are provided in
the service level agreements (SLA). Extended coverage hours can also be catered
for, optionally.
- Customers are provided with an initial infrastructure audit followed
by quarterly service reports.
MITOS Premier
-
This package is designed for organisations whose IT infrastructure approaches
mission critical levels.
- It includes all of the services provided in our standard
Gold package. Additionally, it includes services for critical server recovery and business continuity.
- Further, it includes regular infrastructure monitoring and
reporting as well as an initial business IT transformation report.
- The premier package
is suitable for organisations with up to one hundred (100) desktop PCs and no more
than ten (10) server machines.
